Partners & Introducers

For accountants, bookkeepers, brokers and business advisers

In short If clients ask you where to raise working capital, you can introduce them to us. We lend our own money for revenue advances of £10,000 to £75,000 and arrange larger facilities and term loans through our lending partners, and every introducer arrangement — including any commission share — is agreed in writing before the first introduction, never after.

Who this is for

Professionals whose clients are UK limited companies or LLPs and who periodically get asked about funding: accountants and bookkeepers, commercial finance brokers who don't cover unsecured working capital, solicitors, business consultants, and trade suppliers whose customers need capital to place bigger orders.

What your client gets

What you get

A straight answer, mainly. Where an introduction leads to completed funding, we can agree a share of our commission with you. We don't publish a headline rate, because we'd rather agree real terms in writing per relationship than advertise a number that only applies sometimes. Whatever we agree is recorded before your first introduction, and we'll tell you what happened with every client you send — introduced, funded, or declined and why.

If you'd rather introduce clients with no commission share at all — some professionals prefer it that way — that works too, and we'll say so to your client if asked.

Disclosure, always. If we pay you a share, your client is entitled to know that. We disclose our own commission to every applicant in writing before they accept anything, and we expect introducer arrangements to survive the same daylight. If an arrangement can't be disclosed to the client, we won't enter into it.
