Find out where you stand before a lender does.
We run your limited company through an automated assessment built on the public record — Companies House filings, accounts, charges, officer history — and tell you what a lender is likely to see when your application lands on their desk. It takes about three minutes. Nothing is submitted to any lender, and nothing touches your credit file.
Three fields, one wait, an honest read.
This is a pre-application sanity check, not an application. We lend our own money up to £75,000 and arrange larger facilities through our partners — so what you get back is our read of how your file is likely to be received, not an offer.
Tell us the company and the ask
Your Companies House number, how much you want to borrow and over how long. We look the company up as you type.
The assessment runs
It reads the public filing record and models the request against it. This genuinely takes two to four minutes — keep the tab open.
You see what we see
What is working in your favour, what a lender will question, and what you could fix before applying. A human at Solvo reviews every result.
Your company, your number, your read.
Limited companies and LLPs registered in England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland. Sole traders and partnerships without a company number cannot be assessed this way — call us instead.
We are running the assessment.
This is a real analysis, not a lookup, and it takes two to four minutes. Leave this tab open — the result appears here as soon as it lands.
- Request accepted. Your assessment is queued.
- Reading the public record. Filings, accounts, charges and officers.
- Modelling the request. Your amount and term against that record.
- Writing the assessment. Strengths, risks and what to fix.
- Nearly there. Finishing up.

Working in your favour
What a lender will question
What you could do before you apply
These figures come from the automated model, not from a lender. No lender has seen your file and no lender is bound by them. Actual pricing depends on the lender, the security offered and a full underwriting review.
How this result was produced
This assessment was produced by an automated system that reads your company's public filing record and scores the request you entered against it. It is a decision-support tool, not a lending decision. No lender has seen your file, no application has been submitted, and nothing here commits us or any lender to anything.
Under UK GDPR you have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects you. We do not make such decisions: every result is reviewed by a person at Solvo Funding before we act on it, and you can ask us to review this one, explain it, or disregard it entirely. Email nir@solvofunding.co.uk quoting your reference.
We keep the assessment for 30 days and then it is deleted automatically. We collect no bank data for this check. Full detail is in our privacy policy.
We could not finish the automated check.
Your details have reached us. Someone here will pick this up by hand.
The questions people actually ask.
Will this affect my credit score?
No. The assessment reads publicly filed information about the company — Companies House filings, accounts, charges and officer history. It does not carry out a credit search, so no credit reference agency records a search and nothing appears on your company file or your personal file.
Is this an offer of finance?
No, and it is important to be clear about that. Solvo Funding does lend its own money — revenue advances of £10,000 to £75,000 — but this check is not an application and not a credit decision. This check tells you how your file is likely to be received. Any actual offer comes after a full application and underwriting, ours where we are the lender or a lending partner's where we introduce, and that assessment may reach a different conclusion from this one.
Why does it take three minutes when other sites are instant?
Because instant usually means a database lookup. This one pulls the filing record and analyses it against the specific amount and term you entered, which takes real processing time. We would rather be honest about the wait than fake a fast result.
What happens to my information?
Your details go to Solvo Funding and to the assessment engine that produces the result. Nothing is sent to any lender at this stage — that only happens if you go on to make an application and we tell you first. The assessment is deleted after 30 days. The full picture is in our privacy policy.
Do I need to upload bank statements?
Not for this check. It works from the public record alone. If you go on to apply, most lenders will want to see recent business bank statements, and we will ask for those at that point rather than now.
My company is very new. Is it worth running?
Yes, though set your expectations accordingly. A company with no filed accounts gives the assessment very little to work with, and it will say so. That is useful information: it tells you which lenders are realistic and what a director's guarantee or a shorter term might unlock.
Can a sole trader use this?
Not this tool — it needs a Companies House number, so it only works for limited companies and LLPs. If you trade as a sole trader or an unincorporated partnership, call us on +44 7462 180375 and we will talk through what is available to you.
A five-minute call beats a form every time.
If your situation has a wrinkle in it — a late filing, a county court judgment, a director change, a bad year followed by a good one — tell a person. That is exactly the context an automated read cannot see, and it is often the difference between a decline and a deal.
