Submit a deal

We are the lender, so the answer comes from us — usually the same working day. Up to 10% of the amount advanced, paid on the day the deal funds.

You sit in front of business owners who need working capital. We lend our own money, decide in-house, and pay you on the day the deal funds. This form takes about a minute — a company name and a number is genuinely enough to start a conversation.

How it works

  1. Send us the deal. Company name, contact number, and whatever context you have. Bank statements can follow.
  2. We underwrite it. A decision from an underwriter, usually the same working day. A straight yes or no — we will not sit on a file to keep it warm.
  3. Client is funded. £10,000 to £75,000 from our own book, within 24–72 hours of final documents.
  4. You are paid. Up to 10% of the amount advanced, on the day the deal funds. Top-ups pay again on the full new advance.

What we need to reach a decision: a UK Ltd or LLP, 6+ months trading, £10,000+ monthly turnover, and three to six months of business bank statements or an open banking connection. Above £75,000 we place the deal with a lending partner — you are still paid, and we tell you which route applies before you introduce the client.

Frequently asked questions

How much is the commission?

Up to 10% of the amount advanced, paid on the day the deal funds. Top-ups pay the same rate on the full new advance, so a client who renews pays you twice. Your exact terms are agreed with you in writing before your first introduction.

When am I paid?

On the day the deal funds — not 30 days later, and not on a monthly cycle.

What do you need from me to look at a deal?

A company name and a contact number is enough to start. To get to a decision we need three to six months of business bank statements or an open banking connection. The company must be a UK Ltd or LLP, trading 6+ months, with £10,000+ monthly turnover.

How fast will I get an answer?

A decision from an underwriter, usually the same working day. A straight yes or no — we will not sit on a file to keep it warm. Funding follows within 24–72 hours of final documents.

Will you cross-sell my client?

No. Your client stays your client. We do not market other products to introduced clients.

What happens to deals above £75,000?

Above £75,000, or where a term loan suits the client better than a revenue advance, we place the deal with one of our lending partners. You are still paid; the commercial terms differ because the commission comes from the lender rather than from us, and we tell you which applies before you introduce the client.

What are the disclosure rules?

Any commission arrangement must be disclosed to your client in writing before they accept. If an arrangement cannot be disclosed to the client, we will not enter into it. This is not negotiable — it protects you as much as it protects them.

Solvo Funding is a UK direct lender for limited companies and LLPs, and an intermediary for facilities above £75,000. Advances are subject to underwriting and no offer can be guaranteed. Finance for limited companies and LLPs is generally not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Commission arrangements must be disclosed to the client in writing before they accept.
